A totally professional service. My wife and I would recommend this practice .Warm and welcoming ,constantly reassured. Dental appointments need not be an unpleasant experience.A first class dentist.
Awful. Foreign female dentist seen. Utterly cold and uncompassionate towards me, i am an extremely nervous patient, she was far more concerned with the length of time I was taking to settle and how many patients she had left to see. The assistant in the room was wonderful, very compassionate and understanding. Got numbed today, and got most of the work done on my filling but at the point where I felt a spike of pain the dentist stopped and put a temporary filling in! So now I'm stuck waiting for an extraction on one side and a temporary filling that needs finishing on the other.. scared to eat right now.. requested sedation but told that there aren't any sedation clinics in the local area! Very angry,dissapointed and upset.If anyone reading this knows of an nhs sedation clinic in Cornwall please let me know!
Excellent dentists, made me feel very relaxed as I was anxious about having work done, they were very helpful, although i found the receptionists to be extremely incompetent and rude a lot of time.
Reception team are utterly incompetent and rude! They lie to your face whenever suits them over and over. Caused serious damage to my teeth, caused serious infections and then found out the dentist had given me the wrong dose of antibiotics several times, manager accused my self and her own dentist of lying, all of which has been heavily documented. The standard of work is far below what is expected of even an NHS dentist. Legal action is now being taken against them, not the first time and I'm sure won't be the last. This place is a liability and should be avoided at ALL cost!
I don't like going to a dentist but these are very good and if you inform them you have a dental phobia they are very goodI have to agree with a Mr Steven Green.Joe was a fantastic dentist.Its so dad that he retired.I gotta admire the bit where he said Joe came over with a gas bottle and sorted the horses teeth out.That was good old Joe Fitzgerald.
