Brought a car from this garage 2 years ago. had nothing but trouble with it the first 6 months when the car was under warranty so kept taken the car back to get fixed, dont get me wrong the guys in the fixing part of the garage was fine always done the work but the old guy owner tony oates started getting mad at me for bring it back all time so i stopped going to that garage for repairs. the last sort of month i had problems with my car again after going to 2 different garage and couldnt fix the problem, i thought i would try these guys again the fixing part of the garage was ok but when i went to collect my keys after them saying they cant fix it the old owner tony oates started making comments about my car saying i should have known there will always be problems with it because its a peugeot. and when i said u sold me the car knowing that there is problems with it and didnt say anything on it ,he couldnt even reply to it. sort of makes me angry and wont ever buy a car from this place again as long as he is still there so dont recommend this garage to anyone
My wife and both kids have all bought cars from Tony Oates and have all had great experiences. 12 months MOT & 3 months in house warranty on each car.... Any problems, you take it in, they give you a courtesy car, they fix your car, you pick it up. Can't say fairer than that.Plus, it's just up the road from us, so we've often found it easier to just P/X with them than sell the old car
Have used this garage for past 6 years. Excellent service from top mechanics.Good quality used cars,friendly staff,no job too small.I recommend them for servicing MOT, I have personally bought 3 cars from them and wouldn't be tempted to go elsewhere.
