not very good, been chasing him but keep getting fobbed off, won't make a difference now as he is wrapping up, thousand pound for a works visa , won't return call just get emails saying will update me on latest changes , we made calls direct? changes dont affect us so , yeah not best experience, wouldn't mind a refund seen as now having to do it ourselves
