Customer service is something to be desired. Delivered to the wrong address then tried saying they had delived to the right place. Did finally replace the meal at 10.30 at night. I had been ordering for 14 years from this chinese. But after the mess up was told not to order from the again don't worry i won't. LUCKY HOUSE!!! is far better and the food is much tastier.
Abit disappointed really. Food was cold apart from chips, hardly any bbq sauce on special rice, pancake rolls so greasy they stuck to the paper. Mediocre foodUpdate: one of our customers put through an order take home using my account cash on delivery as the restaurant was shut.Made changes to some of their dishes as one has an allergy to prawns and the other doesn't like onions. You are given options to change your dishes to your needs how ever they called the pub an hr later and told our customers they couldn't fulfill the order as there had been changes to dishes and the dishes are dishes for a reason. The customer had given them another chance to rectify the problems to previous orders which was brought to their attention at the time,messages were read and never replied to. The customer and us as well will not be ordering from here again. Bad bad management and customer service we all shall be warning everyone and will not promote them to our customers when they want suggestions.Look after your locals!

Best Chinese in Redruth, Excellent menu with plenty of choice catered for all, friendly staff, amazing food with a 5 star hygiene rating. Also free parking in Flower Pot car park next to it after 4pm. They also deliver.
