As a letting agency - completely useless, showed no interest in dealing with any complaints. Including potentially serious safety issues. Happy enough to take your money every month however! Would give zero stars if i could. Avoid at all costs.

Sellers Beware.We are buyers. We found a great Bungalow in Park Bottom and emailed Bill Bannister to view, we then called to book a viewing. We were at first asked when we wanted to view, all great to point. We were told all our slots were not available. So just got the first slot they could find (which was 2 days later).At the site we waited, bang on the agreed viewing slot we received a call to confirm the viewing. We assumed this meant the Agent had forgotten. After another 30 minutes wait we called the office again. The lady told me there had been a mistake. They had booked us against the wrong property. Worse still, they had accepted an offer on the bungalow we wanted to view the previous day and were not prepared to let us view or to put our offer forward.So if your thinking of selling your house, I would find an alternate agent, one that is capable of booking people in to see the correct house. One that is capable of acknowledging requests to view your house and one that is able to pass all offers to you. This agent is incapable of any of these.
