Good service from the moment you walk in the door, having dealt with dales previously when purchasing my girlfriend's Clio I since returned to buy my own. Knowledgeable and friendly service from beginning to end in regards to the sales.However I can't say the aftersales process has been equally as good. We have since bought a third clio, and agreed on a few things that would be sorted during the deal such as some touch up paint for chips, new arch liner due to me noticing a crack in mine shortly after purchase e.g. however despite claiming to get back to me regarding these things they never did. Even after me attempting to follow up.Also the first vehicle we purchased needed a new valve kit, as one of the front tyres were loosing air. Was told it would be a two week wait, which wasn't exactly ideal considering the car was due to drive up country a day before they could fit us in. I appreciate they were busy however, but driving a car about with tyres that need pumping up every other day for a fortnight isn't exactly ideal either.
This garage is very friendly and helpful especially their electric vehicle salesman Jeff Burns he really knows his stuff.
Amazing service from beginning to end, Adam was very patient when dealing with my indecisiveness, even coming to summer court with us to let me look at another car. Superb service that cant be faulted.
