We bought our Chausson Welcome 28 motorhome from Eden last year, our first sortie into the field, and the service, attention to detail and after-care has been excellent. The team went out of their way to accommodate our specific needs and, after we had a couple of minor mechanical faults on the road, honoured the warranty period of 6 months quickly and without any fuss, both times paying our bill in full. Would definitely recommend for good value, all the advice and peace of mind on the road.
Having worked in the motorcycle trade some time ago i know how important good customer service means to the customer. I have been very impressed with every step of my purchase experience from my first phone call through to collecting my motorhome on Saturday 27/10/18 . Nothing was to much trouble we made a list of things that needed to be look at all sorted with no quibble all three guys where great . Purchased our motor home in May. The staff are wonderful and extremely helpful from sales through to after sales. All requirements were met before collection and since. We have had a rather expensive job done at Tewskesbury under their warranty without quibble. I would not hesitate in recommending Eden Motorhomes to anyone.
Travelled a long way to Cornwall from Essex and the guys were ever so helpful. Found a small issue with the van of which they wanted to put right so they paid for us to pitch up at a local site so they could work on the van the following day. They went above and beyond and did all they could to make sure we were happy before we headed back home.
We bought our first motorhome from Eden 4 years ago, and yesterday traded it in for a slightly newer, slightly bigger one with a higher internal specification.
