Have been coming here for 6years love the place. People are friendly, it has accessibility, and is in a great position to explore Cornwall.
Nice quiet clean cozy cottage. Part of 3 units in Laity farm. Self contained for 4 people and suitable for someone with mobility restrictions. It has a double with en-suite shower room, a twin, and a separate bathroom with walk in shower/ wet room AND a bath.

The best equipped self catering accommodation I've ever stayed in. We booked all 3 cottages and stayed saturday to saturday, 3 families with 7 kids and 3 dogs between us. We had our own enclosed garden space separate from the rest of the farm. Everywhere was clean and we'll looked after. Could not fault it. The owners (who live on the farm) were away but their grown up children looked after us really well. Will be using here again next time
Enjoyed a peaceful and relaxing week here. The cottage is on the owners farm who left us to enjoy our holiday without us feeling watched. The seating could have been a bit more comfy and a TV in the bedroom is something were used to , but these are minor niggles as we were out and about for most of the time there .
